Can a domain be sold by several parties at the same time?
Yes. Although a domain only has one owner maximum at any time, this owner may choose to list her domain with multiple intermediaries. For example, she may choose to sell a domain for $1,000 at GoDaddy, accept open offers from Sedo, and even have it for auction at eBay, all at the same time.
