Do all domains have a price?
No, but most do. Domains are sometimes sold on a "best offer" basis, typically when the seller is using the domain but willing to sell for the proper price. In such case, UpName indicates the domain is "negotiable". Domain being sold for auction follow their own pricing rule, and so does pre-ordering.
